  • Mail and messaging

    Portal Mail allows you to securely send messages and requests (including attachments) to us on a variety of enquiry topics. You can also receive replies and messages from us, and view a history of submitted and received messages.

    It is recommended that Mail users set up email notification. When we send you a message through the portal, you can receive an email notification to alert you that a message is in your portal inbox. Note that our email notifications will always be sent from a single trusted email address: Taxofficeportalmessagenotify@ato.gov.au.
