• PLS – help is available

    To help you use the practitioner lodgment service (PLS) we have a range of services and support available.

    • PLS checklist – outlines the steps you need to take to prepare your practice to start lodging through the PLS, including some changes you may experience.
    • PLS user guide – details the forms, reports and functions available through the PLS and provides tips on how to use them. It includes key error codes and how to resolve them. The guide supplements the supporting documentation provided with your software.
    • Registered agent phone line for PLS – we have dedicated phone lines available to help when you can't find an answer to your question online. For help with the PLS phone us on 13 72 86 Fast Key Code 3 1 2, between 8:00am–8:00pm, Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays.
    • Requesting a PLS deferral – a specific lodgment and payment deferral is available to you if you experience a system issue when using the PLS, which affects your ability to lodge by a due date.
    • PLS help guide – quick reference of where to go and what to do if you need help using the PLS.
    • Support for the practitioner lodgment service (PDF, 203KB) – provides a list of services available to assist you to interact with us, keep up to date and find the information and guidance you need when using the PLS.
