  • Your lodgment program performance summaries

    In late July we will email tax agents their annual lodgment program performance summaries.

    Your summary lets you know if you met our 85% on-time lodgment requirement in 2018–19. We only use current year returns to calculate your on-time lodgment performance percentage. Prior years are not part of the calculation.

    You can track your lodgment performance throughout the year through Online services for agents on the agent homepage or by selecting My practice then Lodgment program status.

    To ensure:

    • the calculation reflects your active client list, you should regularly review your client list to add new clients and remove those you no longer represent
    • you receive your summary, select My practice then My details in Online services for agents or Your details in the Tax Agent Portal to verify we have your latest contact details.

    You will also receive a performance summary in August if you have clients who lodge fringe benefits tax returns.
