  • Guide to the new Small Business Super Clearing House

On 26 February 2018, the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH) will join our online services. This will streamline how you use the SBSCH on behalf of your clients. It will also include extra functionality, such as the ability to sort employee listings and payment by credit card.

The SBSCH will be unavailable from 20–25 February while we transfer your client's data into our online services. If you have clients that pay super guarantee monthly, we recommend they complete their transactions before 19 February.

A webinar recordingExternal Link is available on ato.TV to guide you through using the new SBSCH. If you need further clarification, we will answer your questions about the new SBSCH on the ATO communityExternal Link.

If you are a BAS agent using the SBSCH on behalf of Withholder Payer Number (WPN) holders, you will need to use an alternative process to access the SBSCH service for your clients.
