  • Super more visible in Online services for agents

    We have improved your access to your clients' superannuation information in Online services for agents.

    Updates include:

    • If your clients' self-managed super fund (SMSF) is a complying fund (and appears in Super Fund Lookup) their Fund Details will show as soon as the fund adds them as a member via the Australian Business Register.
    • At Client details, you can now see and update the electronic service address (ESA) if you are authorised to act on behalf of an SMSF client. This will ensure your clients' SuperStream data reaches their SMSF. The ESA is the SMSF's messaging provider address, not an email address.
    • A new Concessional contributions screen that lets you see your client's contributions reported, concessional contributions cap and unused concessional contributions cap. Your clients can also see this information if they use ATO online for individuals through myGov. If your client has a defined benefit super fund, their information should be available soon after 31 October, as these funds must report to us each year by this date.
