  • Annual closure and systems availability

    Our offices will close for the festive season from midday Friday 22 December 2017 to 8.00am Tuesday 2 January 2018.

    If you are planning on working during our office closure period we recommend you check our system maintenance page beforehand. This page will be updated with all the details of upcoming maintenance we have planned at the time of our closure, including January maintenance.

    The following system pages will be available to access but no updates will be made:

    Our Technical help deskExternal Link will be available from 7.00am to 6.00pm weekdays, excluding public holidays and 10.00am to 4.00pm Saturdays to assist with technical log on, connection, firewall and Virtual Private Network (VPN) issues.

    Tax professionals email and SMS alerts will not issue during the office closure for significant system issues or short notice system maintenance.


    We will hold returns and forms not processed before the annual closure until processing resumes in the New Year.

    Lodgments made after 7 December may not issue until the New Year.

    We will issue our final Delayed tax returns over 30 days report for the year on 21 December 2017 and recommence issuing these weekly reports from 16 January 2018.


    Our last edition of the Tax professionals newsletter and the Tax professionals newsletterBAS agent edition will be the week of 18 December 2017 and will start again in mid-January 2018.

    Save Monday 19 February for our first Tax professionals conversations live webcast for 2018. We will let you know more in the New Year.
