• Has your client changed their name?

    If your client has changed their name, update it with us and supply the relevant evidence before lodging their return. This will help reduce return processing delays and ensure a smooth tax time for you and your client.

    If you don't update your client's name before lodging their return, in most instances, we will process the return using the last known name recorded in our systems.

    You can use the Tax Agent Portal to check the name we have listed for your client.
