    Paper statistics have been removed from this table as lodgments via paper are still working through our systems and being keyed.

    • We have received over 3.3 million calls which is more than 900,000 than last year.
    • We have issued over 6.2 million Individual 2019 income tax refunds with a total value of over $16.3 billion.

    Single touch payroll:

    • The total number of finalised and un-finalised STP records in pre-fill is 10.84 million. 98.25% of these are finalised.
    • In addition there has been 8 million PSARs lodged.
    • 98.99% of overall records (STP and PSAR) in pre-fill are finalised data.

    Taxable Payments Annual Reporting

    We previously advised you of a fix for the error where BAS agents couldn’t see their client history. This was due for deployment between 13-16 September.

    This deployment is now scheduled to place in the evening of 24 September. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
