    Single Touch Payroll

Single Touch Payroll (STP) is now here for small employers and they have until 30 September to start reporting. The ATO has a range of resources to help small employers transition available at ato.gov.au/STP. We are also engaging with industry to provide support and assist with messaging to help you advise your clients on their next steps.

We are currently working with a Public relations agency WE Buchan to raise awareness of STP, as part of this work we would like to gather testimonials from small employers who have successfully transitioned to STP reporting. These testimonials will then be used to inform our communications approach going forward and may be used in ATO marketing activities to help demonstrate the ease of switching to STP and highlight the benefits to small employers.

If you have 5 minutes, we’d really appreciate you filling out this survey to let us know your thoughts via the ATO - STP Industry feedback surveyExternal Link.

Alternatively, your employer clients can also complete the ATO - Single Touch Payroll feedback surveyExternal Link. We appreciate any feedback or insights that you or your clients may be able to provide. Thank you.
