About the lodgment program for tax agents

Tax agents operate under the lodgment program, which provides extended concessional lodgment due dates for the clients of registered agents. This helps you manage workloads throughout the year.

Concessional dates depend on you lodging forms electronically and on time. In particular, you must lodge 85% of your clients’ income tax and fringe benefits tax returns on time.

It is important to familiarise yourself with the lodgment program framework.
