If you are a taxpayer, you should engage through Online services for business for most business reporting and transactions where possible. Our online services provide secure, easy and efficient digital interactions with us whenever it's convenient.

If you're a Top 100 or Top 1000 taxpayer, you also have access to our specialist relationship managers and Large Service Team channels.

These channels are serviced by a dedicated team that can assist with urgent or complex requests where online services are not available, or where a request requires escalation.

Lodgment of Tax returns

Standard Business Reporting (SBR)-enabled software is the preferred method for lodging tax returns. SBR software allows secure online lodgment directly from financial, accounting or payroll software. It is often integrated with business software that's tailored to specific industries.

You can also lodge by mail or through your tax agent.

If you are a registered tax or BAS agent, we have several dedicated channels to help you with your client's business reporting and transactions.
