1. What eSAT is designed for
1.1 eSAT is software that is designed for use in:
- preparing an ACR, and
- lodging that report with Us electronically.
1.2 eSAT is protected by copyright and eSAT includes Open Source Software. As Open Source Software is used, certain additional conditions apply and Your attention is directed to clause 2 below.
1.3 Each copy of eSAT must include the Intellectual Property Rights notified on or in eSAT.
1.4 Before You use eSAT, You should ensure that eSAT does not interfere with Your computer system and address any security issues inherent in Your system. We recommend that You use appropriate and up-to-date virus protection software on Your system. eSAT has been designed for both stand-alone and terminal server environments.
1.5 The access and use of eSAT featuring this Licence Agreement constitutes Your acceptance of this Licence Agreement. This Licence Agreement takes effect on and from the date on which You first use eSAT.
1.6 You will need to use eSAT’s cryptographic attributes to fully utilise its electronic features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your personal identification code (password) and of the environment in which You store and use eSAT.
1.7 In using eSAT, You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws. If You are located outside Australia, those laws may impact Your eligibility to obtain or use a copy of eSAT.
