• 4.7 What we can do

    We assess and work out the nature of the concern based on the complexity, sensitivity and risk of the matter raised.

    We aim to acknowledge receipt of your compensation claim within three business days of us receiving it. We will assign your claim to a claims officer and aim to respond within 56 days of receiving your claim.

    You can phone our compensation assistance line on 1800 005 172 and speak to a specialist trained to help resolve the issues you are experiencing.

    We use alternative dispute resolution processes including:

    • mediation
    • conflict resolution
    • facilitated dispute resolution.
