• Employee disputes

    • The Employee handbook provides our employees with an overview of our policies, a reminder about our responsibilities and reflects the APS and corporate values that guide how we interact with the community and each other.
    • Our Resolving Workplace Allegations and Complaints Guide provides our employees with an overview of available guidelines and processes through which they can raise allegations or issues of concern. The document encourages officers to resolve the matter informally and as soon as possible. This approach is reflected in the dispute avoidance and settlement procedures under our Enterprise Agreement which has an initial emphasis on discussions between the employee and their manager.
