    • a copy of the deed of settlement
    • a copy of your notice of termination of employment, resignation letter or separation certificate
    • a copy of the statement of claim lodged with the court or industrial relations commission
    • copies of correspondence between the parties to the dispute
    • a copy of the decision of the Court or Industrial Relations Commission
    • a copy of the deed of release
    • any other documents that would support the statements made in your objection.
