Revenue and administered programs
As Australia's principal revenue agency, we facilitate the collection of revenue to fund public goods and services for the community. We do this through a range of collection systems, including income tax, goods and services tax, and excise duty.
We also administer some personal benefits and subsidies, including fuel credits, investment tax offsets and superannuation incentives.
