You can order our booklets, forms and other publications online or by phoning our publications ordering service.

This is an automated self-help service and is available 24 hours a day, every day, if you know the full title of the publication. Alternatively, you can speak to an operator.

If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impediment

If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impediment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS). There are two easy steps:

  • select your preferred NRS access point
  • provide the ATO number you need to call.

TTY users can also contact us by our direct TTY line 13 36 77.

Online ordering

You can also order our publications online using our automated self-help publications ordering service at any time. However, you can’t use screen-reader software when ordering online.
