Applications for review of decisions
The Attorney-General may, by legislative instrument, determine a Code of Practice for the purpose of facilitating the operation of subsection 27A(1).
A person, in taking action under subsection 27A(1), must have regard to any such Code of Practice that is then in force. 27B(3)

27B(1)
