Schedule 1 Amendments relating to education services for overseas students

Insert:

(aa) has been convicted of an offence against any other law of the Commonwealth, or against a law of a State, punishable by:

(i) imprisonment for 2 years or longer; or

(ii) a fine of 120 penalty units or more;

at any time during the last 5 years; or
