PROCEEDINGS ETC.
An entrusted person may disclose protected information: (a) to a court or tribunal, or in accordance with an order of a court or tribunal, for the purposes of proceedings; or (b) to a coronial inquiry, or in accordance with an order of a coroner, for the purposes of a coronial inquiry.
