OBJECTIONS
Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ``forty-two'' and substituting ``60'';
(b) by omitting from sub-section (1) ``post to, or lodge with'' and substituting ``lodge with''; and
(c) by omitting sub-section (4).
