Explanatory Memorandum Erratum

Leslie Bury)In consequence of an amendment made in the House of Representatives to the definition of "the valuation date" in proposed section 82L being inserted by clause 6 of the Income Tax Assessment Bill 1970, the word "two" should be replaced by the word "six" in the following places:-
