PART VI - THE EXPORTATION OF GOODS  

Division 4 - Exportation procedures after Certificate of Clearance issued  

SECTION 125   GOODS EXPORTED TO BE LANDED AT PROPER DESTINATION  

125(1)   [Not to be unshipped]  

No goods shipped for export shall be unshipped or landed except in parts beyond the seas.

Penalty: 250 penalty units.

125(2)   [Non-application]  

Subsection (1) does not apply if the goods are unshipped or landed with the permission of the Collector.

125(3)   [Offence of strict liability]  

Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
