SECTION 273H
REVIEW OF DECISIONS UNDER CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT
273H(1)
Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision of the Comptroller-General of Customs under section 9 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 .
273H(2)
In subsection (1), " decision " has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 .
