SECTION 443F
LIEN TO SECURE INDEMNITY
443F(1)
(Administrator's lien)
To secure a right of indemnity under section
443D, the administrator has a lien on the company's property.

(Priority of lien)
A lien under subsection
(1) has priority over a charge only in so far as the right of indemnity under section
