Erratum

This Erratum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It corrects Class Ruling CR 2018/52 to amend minor errors.

CR 2018/52 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraph 25

Omit 'APS'; substitute 'AFP'.

2. Paragraph 35

(a) Omit from Step 1 '$90,000'; substitute '$90,000 = '.

(b) Omit from Step 4 '($20,932/$90,000)'; substitute '($20,391 ÷ $90,000)'.

This Erratum applies on and from 5 December 2018.
