Notice of Withdrawal

Miscellaneous Taxation Ruling MT 2001 is withdrawn with effect from today.

1. MT 2001 outlines the process by which documents such as rulings and interpretations were made available for inspection and purchase by the public prior to their publication on 1 December 1983.

2. MT 2001 outlines an interim process and is now only of historic interest.

3. MT 2001 has no ongoing relevance and is therefore withdrawn without replacement.
