Schedule 1 General amendments
The Corporations Law set out in section 82 of the Corporations Act 1989
15 Subsection 600F(2) (paragraph (d) of the definition of essential service )
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(d) a carriage service (within the meaning of the Telecommunications Act 1997);
