SECTION 126ALA   126ALA   DEFINITIONS  

In this Division:

Malaysian customs official
means a person representing the customs administration of Malaysia.

producer
means a person who grows, plants, mines, harvests, farms, raises, breeds, extracts, gathers, collects, captures, fishes, traps, hunts, manufactures, processes or assembles goods.
