SECTION 126AMA   126AMA   DEFINITIONS  

In this Division:

Korea
means the Republic of Korea.

Korean customs official
means a person representing the customs administration of Korea.

producer
means a person who grows, mines, harvests, fishes, breeds, raises, traps, hunts, manufactures, processes, assembles or disassembles goods.
