Division 4 - Suspension, revocation and non-renewal of licences  

SECTION 183CT   EFFECT OF SUSPENSION  

183CT(1)   [On a natural person]  

During a period in which a broker's licence held by a natural person is suspended under this Division:

(a) the person shall not act as a customs broker;

(b) the person shall not act as a nominee of a customs broker; and

(c) a nominee of the person shall not act as such a nominee.

183CT(2)   [On a corporate customs broker]  

During a period in which a broker's licence held by a corporate customs broker is suspended under this Division:

(a) the corporate customs broker shall not act as a customs broker; and

(b) a nominee of the corporate customs broker shall not act as such a nominee.
