SECTION 203P   203P   OFFENCE FOR MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS IN WARRANTS  
A person must not make, in an application for a search warrant or for a seizure warrant, a statement that the person known to be false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
