SECTION 219ZA
DETENTION OFFICERS
219ZA(1)
The Comptroller-General of Customs may, by signed instrument, declare a class of officers of Customs to be detention officers for the purposes of Subdivision A .
219ZA(2)
The Comptroller-General of Customs may, by signed instrument, declare a class of officers of Customs to be detention officers for the purposes of Subdivision B .
219ZA(3)
The Comptroller-General of Customs may, by signed instrument, declare a class of officers of Customs to be detention officers for the purposes of Subdivision C .
