SECTION 219ZAC
AUTHORISING OFFICERS TO USE PRESCRIBED EQUIPMENT FOR EXTERNAL SEARCH OR INTERNAL NON-MEDICAL SCAN
219ZAC(1)
The Comptroller-General of Customs may authorise an officer of Customs for the purposes of subsection 219ZAA(3) to use prescribed equipment only if the officer has successfully completed the training, specified in writing by the Comptroller-General of Customs, in the operation of that equipment.
219ZAC(2)
The specification made under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
