SECTION 67EI
BREACH OF CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
67EI(1)
A person who is or has been a special reporter must not breach a condition of the person ' s registration as a special reporter.
67EI(2)
An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
