SECTION 14ZZA   14ZZA   MODIFIED AAT ACT TO APPLY  

The AAT Act applies in relation to:

(a) the review of reviewable objection decisions; and

(b) the review of extension of time refusal decisions; and

(c) AAT extension applications;

subject to the modifications set out in this Division.
