SECTION 149H   TRUSTEE CEASING TO OBJECT ON SOME GROUNDS  

149H(1)   [If trustee ceases to object]  

If at any time before a bankrupt is discharged the trustee ceases to object to the discharge on a particular ground, the trustee must give the Official Receiver a notice specifying the ground and give the bankrupt a copy of the notice.

149H(2)    
(Repealed by No 131 of 2002).


149H(3)   [No longer an objection]  

If there is no longer an objection on any ground, the objection ceases to have effect at the beginning of the last day when details of a notice under subsection (1) are entered in the National Personal Insolvency Index.

149H(4)   [If objection remains]  

If one or more grounds of objection remain, the objection continues to have effect on the remaining ground or grounds.
