PART V - ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW COUNCIL  

SECTION 47   INTERPRETATION  

47(1)    
In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears -

appointed member
means a member referred to in paragraph 49(1)(d);

Council
means the Administrative Review Council;

member
means a member of the Council.

47(2)   [Reference to an administrative decision]  

A reference in this Part to an administrative decision or an administrative discretion includes a reference to an administrative decision made, or administrative discretion exercised, otherwise than under an enactment.
