S 5 amended by No 60 of 2015, s 3 and Sch 1 item 15, by omitting " , which shall consist of a President, the other presidential members, the senior members, and the other members, appointed in accordance with this Act " after " Administrative Appeals Tribunal " , effective 1 July 2015.
