SECTION 62C  

62C   BREACH OF NON-DISCLOSURE ORDER  

A person commits an offence if:

(a) the person engages in conduct; and

(b) the conduct contravenes an order under subsection 35(3) or (4) or 35AA(2) .

Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 60 penalty units, or both.
