Subdivision J - Crimes against the administration of the justice of the International Criminal Court  

SECTION 268.104   Destroying or concealing evidence  

(1)    
A person commits an offence if the person destroys or conceals evidence with the intention of:


(a) influencing a decision on the institution of a proceeding before the International Criminal Court; or


(b) influencing the outcome of such a proceeding.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 7 years.


(2)    
For the purposes of this section, destroying evidence includes making the evidence illegible, indecipherable or otherwise incapable of being identified.
