SECTION 34
DELEGATION BY MINISTER
34(1)
The Minister may, by writing, delegate to:
(a) the Secretary of the Department; or
(b) an SES employee or acting SES employee;
34(2)
A delegate is, in the exercise of a power delegated under subsection (1), subject to the directions of the Minister.
The Minister may, by writing, delegate to:
(a) the Secretary of the Department; or
(b) an SES employee or acting SES employee;
all or any of the functions and powers conferred on the Minister by this Act.
34(2)
A delegate is, in the exercise of a power delegated under subsection (1), subject to the directions of the Minister.
