In this Part:

amending Schedule
means Schedule 9 to the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) Act 2020 .

commencement day
means the day on which Schedule 9 to the Financial Sector Reform (Hayne Royal Commission Response) Act 2020 commences.
