SECTION 457B
NOTICE IN PUBLIC DOCUMENTS OF COMPANY
457B(1)
A company under restructuring must set out, in every public document, and in every negotiable instrument, of the company, after the company ' s name where it first appears, the expression ( " restructuring practitioner appointed " ). 457B(2)
An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
