The Minister may give a written direction to the standards body if the Minister considers that the standards body is not complying with its obligations under this Act or under any arrangement it has with the Commonwealth. 921ZB(2)
The standards body must comply with the direction. 921ZB(3)
The Minister may, at any time, vary or revoke a direction. 921ZB(4)
Despite paragraph (b) in the definition of director in section 9 , the Minister is not a director of the standards body.

921ZB(1)
