Division 1 - Examination orders  

SECTION 180D   Examination orders relating to enforcement of confiscation orders  

180D(1)    
If a *confiscation order has been made but not satisfied, the court that made the confiscation order may make an order (an examination order ) for the *examination of any person including:


(a) a person against whom the confiscation order was made; or


(b) the spouse or *de facto partner of a person referred to in paragraph (a);

about the *affairs of a person referred to in paragraph (a) or (b).


180D(2)    
The *examination order ceases to have effect when proceedings relating to the enforcement of the *confiscation order are finally determined, withdrawn or otherwise disposed of.
