Division 1 - Preliminary  

SECTION 267AA   Additional property to which the Official Trustee ' s powers under Division 2 apply  

267AA(1)    
The powers conferred on the *Official Trustee under Division 2 may be exercised in relation to:

(a)    property that is the subject of a *forfeiture order; or

(b)    property forfeited under section 92 ; or

(c)    property that is subject to a direction under section 282 or 282A .

267AA(2)    
Without limiting the definition of controlled property in section 267 , for the purposes of Division 2 , that property is controlled property .
