Interstate forfeiture orders
SECTION 310
Effect of registration
310(1)
An * interstate forfeiture order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a * forfeiture order made at the time of registration.
310(2)
This Act (other than Divisions 5 and 6 of Part 2-2 and section 322 ) applies to an * interstate forfeiture order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division as it applies to a * forfeiture order.
An * interstate forfeiture order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a * forfeiture order made at the time of registration.
