Subdivision 140-C - Accumulated HELP debts  

SECTION 140-30   Rounding of amounts  

140-30(1)  
If, apart from this section, a person's *accumulated HELP debt would be an amount consisting of a number of whole dollars and a number of cents, disregard the number of cents.

140-30(2)  
If, apart from this section, a person's *accumulated HELP debt would be an amount of less than one dollar, the person's accumulated HELP debt is taken to be zero.
