Which decisions are subject to review?
SECTION 206-10
Decision maker must give reasons for reviewable decisions
206-10(1)
If this Act requires the *decision maker to notify a person of the making of a *reviewable decision, the notice must include reasons for the decision.
206-10(2)
Subsection (1) does not affect an obligation, imposed upon the *decision maker by any other law, to give reasons for a decision.
